Why Us?

We have over 20 years of industry experience delivering Cache courses.  Since the set up of our training company we have learnt so much and have really evolved as a training provider; having supported so many learners and given advice and guidance to many more. We are passionate about supporting and nurturing learners to achieve their goals and gain the most out of their experience with us. We want to make learning a positive experience and for our learners to grow in confidence and their own ability.

We are accredited to Cache who are now part of NCFE

Cache are the market leaders in early years and childcare qualifications formerly the NNEB, which was acquired by CACHE in 1994. Cache are not only an awarding body but support the industry and inform the government of changes required and challenges the industry faces. We have over 20 years experience in working with and delivering the Cache accredited courses.

As a training provider we work closely with our external quality assurer from Cache and will try and support learners as individually as possible to be able to complete their qualifications.
As a small training provider we can tailor our delivery of qualifications to support our learners needs, whether this is through adapting our learning resources or how we deliver the course content.

Facebook

We have become very active on Facebook supporting Facebook groups specifically supporting managers and early years workers to find out about qualifications and training providers.

Recently we appeared in a Nursery World article regarding learners completing recognised qualifications.

Our learners are all self funding either by themselves or through their employers, the huge benefit of this to our learners and their workplace are that they are not restricted to a timescale. Some funding routes are restricted and learners have to be limited to a certain timescale, in order for the training provider to be able to fully access all the funding. Learners also do not have to sit an end point assessment, which is a criteria for the apprentice route funding: many think this is a part of the actual qualification but it is only a requirement through this route.

Since our launch we have supported many learners to complete their qualifications, from level 2 up to level 5, we value their support and feedback and listen to how we can improve our delivery and support, from setting up whatsapp groups to letting trainee assessors to observe us teaching, we listen and always want to improve.

Our team of assessors who work for us are all highly experienced in their field and are qualified to assess and teach. We support each other and carefully allocate the learners to the best assessor for them. Suzanne and Lisa are both hands on and have their own learners to assess and teach.
We strongly believe in teaching all of our courses, in our workshops we will guide and support you, testing your knowledge by asking you questions, encouraging reflection on your own practice and helping you to learn how to apply your practice into theory.

By adopting a nurturing and caring partnership with our learners, we have maintained a 100% pass rate with our students. We offer all of our courses through our E-portfolio system, Laser Learning chosen for its high quality and up to date resources to aid learning. Laser has a history of delivering high quality teaching resources, which our learners can access in their own time. We have also built up a library of resources to support each course.

Our learners will have lessons every two to three weeks on a one-to-one contact with their assessor delivered through one to one or small group online sessions, usually lasting an hour. These are arranged at convenient times between the assessor and the learner. Courses can start at any time. We offer flexible interest-free payment schedules and there are no hidden costs in our course fees.
